Earn Miles Sitting at Airports

Although frequent fliers love to travel on cheap airplane tickets or take advantage of cheap vacation packages, most will agree that flying for free by redeeming airline mileage is an even better way to go.

Now there are more ways than ever to earn airline miles even while sitting at the airport. By watching a little video, travelers can earn thousands of extra airline frequent flier miles. By purchasing a book or enjoying a massage at an airport, even more miles can be earned.

A company named e-Miles (which has been around since 2006) is offering travelers miles on Continental, Delta, Frontier and US Airways, and points for Hilton Hotels, in exchange for watching 30 second ads online. Not only can you earn miles for watching ads and answering quick surveys, even more miles can be added by clicking on links to advertisers websites or buying products or services being promoted.

Many dining, parking, and retail outlets in over 100 U.S. airports participate in the Thanks Again program. Travelers willing to register their credit or debit cards can earn cash back rewards and miles for purchases. Affiliated cards that already offer miles for purchases also work, meaning users earn even more miles. Participating airlines in the Thanks Again program include Alaska, Continental, Delta, United, and US Airways.

Recently XpressSpa, which offers spa services, product and traveler accessories in over 40 locations at 16 airports, signed up for the Thanks Again traveler reward program. Now while getting a message at the airport travelers can be earning miles towards future trips. www.cheapfares.com
